Vous vivez dans les services des situations de mal être, vous constatez tous les jours des manques de moyens financiers et humains. Des suppressions de services et restructurations sont régulièrement annoncées. Pire des pressions en tous genres s’accentuent sur les personnels. Et pour couronner le tout au nom de la MAP ou Modernisation de l’Action Publique créer pour réduire les dépenses publiques sert surtout à réduire les effectifs, d’abandon de certaines missions et de fermetures excessives de bureaux.
